Nasson offers our patients daily walk-in clinic hours at our Springvale location. Walk-in appointments will allow you access to care even when your provider is unavailable. Our walk-in hours are not intended to replace comprehensive appointments in which patients would have annual physical exams, chronic disease management or to address mental health concerns. However, when you require timely minor acute care, wound care or other short-term needs such as a medication refill or medication-assisted treatment, our walk-in clinic will be a convenient way for you to receive the care you need, when you need it most.

Nasson Health Care is currently improving our Walk-In Services to better serve you. During this evaluation phase, we are temporarily limiting walk-in availability as our clinical team works to enhance efficiency and expand access to the high-quality care you deserve.
- You may experience longer wait times.
- Walk-in slots continue to be first-come, first-served.
- We serve both patients for walk-in and scheduled appointments. Patients may not be assisted in the order they arrive.
